Off the top of my head I cant’t think of anything health wise, I would say from my experience the biggest drawbacks are learning to make good meals where the veg is the star of the show rather than a supporting act, although this starts to become easy quickly, however if you are not confident in the kitchen you may want to get extra support through the 30 day challenge
